Assam tea is combined with beautifully complex cardamom, warm baking spices cloves, ginger and black pepper, and the freshness of mint for a deliciously complex cup. The same spice blend Madhu uses herself, and named by Bon Appétit as one of "The best Chai you can buy". Just boil water and add your choice of milk and sweetener for a delicious pick-me-up any time of day. 

This can make around 50 to 60 4oz cup of chai.
